Fundraisers, Girl Scouts, School events

I can come to your site to teach a paint night or some other activity to your group or you can come to my little studio. Girl Scouts have enjoyed hand sewing, schools and sports groups like paint nights, daycares get theme related activities for their kiddos. I am a creative so I like brainstorming ideas that will bring the most value to your group. An invoice for half of the cost will be sent to secure your event and the other half is due one week prior to the engagement.

Cancellation Policies

Summer Camp Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds or credits after June 1st. Camp weeks can be switched up to two weeks prior to the week of camp and moved to a different week if space allows.

Class Cancellation Policy

Payment is due at the time of enrollment. Cancellations 30 days prior to start date will issue a full refund minus a $50 non-refundable deposit. All other cancellations are non-refundable. Spots may be transferred to another sibling or child in cases of illness or emergency. Full session payment is due at the time of enrollment. Because of the limited capacity and high demand of Pink Art Pixie Classes, we do not offer makeups or refunds for missed classes, even if you know you will miss ahead of time. If you have an extenuating circumstance, we will handle each cancellation on a case by case basis.

Workshops & Events

ALL CLASSES, WORKSHOPS, or OTHER ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THE PINK ART PIXIE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF SCHEDULED EVENT.

Behavior Guidelines

Our goal is to maintain a respectful, patient, and creative learning environment. Please note disrespectful and disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. In the event of misconduct, parents will be called to pick up their child immediately. No refunds or credits for missed time in the event a parent needs to be called if a child is not able continue with the class either partially or permanently due to bullying, or disruptive, violent, inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour.
